24hrs
It takes about 24hours to travel from here to there.
2hrs before flight - check in at Changi,
7hrs - flight from Singapore to Narita,
1hr - transit (enough time to go through security check, toilet break, pick up some Japanese stuff at the airport),
11hrs 45mins - flight from Narita to Detroit,
1hr plus - (i think, cos it really feels that long) to clear immigration and customs (very long this time cos there were long queues at immigration and then long queues at customs!),
20 mins - drive to brother's new place.

gee, i had to take 2days to recover from the 10+hrs from check-in to T3 SG to arrival in Oriental in BJ... can't imagine how i can survive the 24hrs in the near future with isaac if we can visit big bro... i think traveling take more toil on the parents than the babies/kids... even now, 45mins in a cab (especially in beijing) feels like a lifetime...
no direct flight from BJ to detroit.. weird.. shortest flight will still take 16 hours.. ouch..
yah, it'll be nice to visit BJ eventually.. jia nin hasn't been there for a long time and I haven't been there yet at all..
